Fair Trade Sale:
Fair Trade Chocolate and Coffee will be available for purchase in the Pioneer Chapel on Sunday, June 8th following the morning service. Due to the wine tasting event and Maya’s baptism reception, we are having the sale on the second Sunday rather than the first. Be prepared, and know that both chocolate and coffee prices are expected to rise. Get your favorites on June 8th and beat those increases.
St. James WELCA (Women of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America) continues to offer Coffee and Chocolate benefitting Fair Trade – particularly women farmers and small farm Fair Trade operations. WELCA has never sought to make a large profit; our mission is to buy true Fair Trade products supporting true Fair Trade farmers. WELCA also provides Fair Trade coffee for both congregational coffee hours and the St. James weekly staff. Your donations at our monthly sale coffee hour are always appreciated!
