Contemplative Prayer at St. James
First and Third Saturday mornings, 9:30am
Contemplative Prayer is continuing to happen remotely during this time of quarantine and isolation.
Consider taking time away from the busyness of your life and spend some time in quiet contemplation with us twice a month on Saturdays.
Contemplative Prayer will be held on Zoom on Saturday, December 4th from 9:30-11:00am.
We celebrate the Winter Solstice and welcome the return of light with an indoor labyrinth walk on Saturday, December 18th from 5:00-7:00pm. Join us in the labyrinth for the first hour, then sit with us in contemplation for the second hour.
Questions? Contact Susan McBerry if you would like more information.
Taking time to remove oneself from the noise of daily life is a gift you can give yourself.
Anyone interested in contemplative listening to God is invited to join us. We spend time in silence, in reading sacred texts, and praying for the world, each other and ourselves.
