Sunday Morning Worship with Holy Communion
WELCOME TO WORSHIP AT ST. JAMES —
NOTE: We may safely hold 100 people per service (six feet apart, masked.) It is helpful if you sign up online.
During this pandemic, St. James is pleased to provide these Sunday Worship options:
1.) We have returned to our traditional worship schedule of one service at 9:30am in our beautiful sanctuary (no 11:00am service — except for this Easter Sunday, April 4th, 2021.)
- Maximum of 100 people per service. Online sign-up required via our online form: https://signup.com/go/JVKxRwx. Contact Karin Hatch if you have difficulty with the online form.
- Masks and social distancing will be required. Seating will be six feet apart.
2.) We have posted recordings of our 9:30am worship service to the St. James YouTube channel. They are available to view here on our website by Sunday afternoon: Click here to link to our “Worship & Sermons” page …
Whether you sign-up online to physically attend in-person at St. James — or you watch our video recording on your computer at home — we invite you to join us for worship!
As we continue to follow the Governor’s safety protocols for worship during this pandemic, St. James Council member and Health Department worker Julie Hatch shares these thoughts about keeping us all safe:
“Wearing masks is a provision set out by the state for churches to abide by if they want to hold in-person worship. We want visitors and members to feel welcome and safe at St. James. Here are the reasons I wear a mask:
- I care about my family and friends.
- I care about myself.
- I care about my community.
- I care about humanity.”
