Fair Trade Sale:
Welcome to Spring! The Fair Trade Coffee and Chocolate sale for April will be moved back a week to April 13th (Palm Sunday.) It is Spring Break and we are taking the Tohlen Spokane granddaughters (10 and almost 8) to Disneyland! We will look forward to seeing you in the Pioneer Chapel following the Palm/Passion Sunday service on Sunday, April 13th. In the meantime, we’re happy to say “hi” to all the Disney characters for you.
St. James WELCA (Women of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America) continues to offer Coffee and Chocolate benefitting Fair Trade – particularly women farmers and small farm Fair Trade operations. WELCA has never sought to make a large profit; our mission is to buy true Fair Trade products supporting true Fair Trade farmers. WELCA also provides Fair Trade coffee for both congregational coffee hours and the St. James weekly staff. Your donations at our monthly sale coffee hour are always appreciated!

Each month St. James Women of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America (WELCA) sell fair trade goods in the Pioneer Chapel after worship. Your purchase of fairly traded coffee, tea, and chocolate help support farmers all over the world!
