BACH CANTATA — Weinachtsoratorium, BWV 248 Part V — Sunday, January 10th at 5:00pm — Bach’s Christmas Oratorio Part V composed for the first Sunday in the New Year.  Soloists Christine Welch-Elder, Laura Thorson, Les Gree and Kevin Walsh will join the St. James Bach choir and an orchestra of strings and two oboes d’amore in this cantata based on the Gospel reading on the Flight to Egypt.  The congregation will sing the traditional Quempas Carol with choirs and orchestra.  Pre-service music begins at 4:50.  Freewill offering. ...

10th Anniversary St. James Bach Cantata Vespers

4 X 4 Plus Concerts on 4 Fridays in August 2015 at St. James

Ascension Day Cantata
